My name is Joel Edgar a RICS-accredited Residential Surveyor, and since 2022, having qualified as a Building Surveyor, I have gained a multitude of experience, whether that be working for a corporate or a family firm; my love for surveying and buildings has yet to dull my interest.

With that interest, my spark to create something for my family and me began to arise; I took the leap and created Mercian Surveying in 2026.
